Every student has Physical Education once or twice per week.
The relationship between positive mental health and physical activity is something we value at Lady Evelyn Independent School. We can get our kids moving, learning about fitness, improving their coordination, building strength, and enjoying their physical selves in a variety of ways.
The workouts are fun and suitable for all ages and even parents can get involved. You don’t need any equipment, the workouts are between 15-30 minutes.
